Mary’s place was amazing! it was private and perfect for a bunch of girls to feel free and have an escape. When we ran into issues, Mary was quick to find a solution and was very responsive and flexible with us. We were provided with everything we needed on this trip and we are already missing the home soo much.

Stayed here with friends for a relaxing birthday weekend, and it was perfect. This place is very cozy, has almost everything we needed to feel right at home, and the heated floors in the bathroom were actually a cool surprise.

Cute little private home that was comfortable to lounge in and in a good location to enjoy peace & quiet. The creek behind the house was nice perk. Drive-able to hiking & restaurants. A very nice weekend getaway. Mary was very responsive before & during our time there, making sure we had everything we needed.

This was a badly needed retreat for my husband and I. We love the Catskills, but we were really just looking for a place to loaf by a fire for a few days. I really loved the setting, up a hilly road along a brook, watching water falling the whole way up the road. I loved the indoor fireplace. I loved the attention to detail in the whole place--the way that the blue velvet seat cushion matched the blue velvet couch (which really is an exceptional color!!!). The little pops of blue in other places. There are chargers in all the right places for phones, the coffee is good, the books around are wonderful too. The hot tub is fantastic and clean, and the yard is gorgeous (though we were there in March and so we didn't use it much). I love the little fairy town in a big ol' plant pot :)

My best friend and I had a great stay with our kids at Daniel’s home. Beautiful property secluded from main road with beautiful views out the large glass doors that led to a large wrap around deck that overlooks a small valley with a flowing river/creek. House was extremely clean and as described and super comfortable mattresses were a plus! An often overlooked detail in my experience. Thanks so much for having us and we look forward to visiting your home again. Best, Jon

Sheila and Kurt’s place was gorgeous! Looks like it’s right out of a magazine. Super clean and updated. Our party of 8 had a great time. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow! What an absolutely incredible airbnb! We were blown away by how delightful and cozy it is! It's very close to a lot of amazing activities from two ski mountains to the reservoir! There are some of the best restaurants in the Catskills just ten minutes down the road as well as a legit grocery store. But at the same time it's just far enough away to feel very peaceful and relaxing. There is a huge area to walk around behind the house as well as a gorgeous babbling brook. The furniture is extremely comfy and very well fitted! Beds are comfy and the kitchen is both beautiful and very well stocked. Mary is an excellent, kind, and extremely helpful host. This is one of those airbnbs that reminds you why they are so much better than hotels! You will feel right at home. Definitely book this place. We plan to again!

The home is just like the pictures - clean and inviting. We had a group of 7 for a winter weekend retreat. Enjoyed time at nearby Belleayre Mountain and comfortable evenings at the house. Great home to unwind in.

It’s such a unique experience! We liked mix of comfort and old fashion interior. So much variations of what we were able to do and have a nice time there! I guess because of coldness half of the lights turned off.

The home was perfect! I wouldn't change a thing about it. Even with all the snowfall, the roads were cleared and safe to travel on! The home also had everything we needed included slippers! The hot tub didn't get above 100 degrees. It stayed warm but not hot.
