HOUSE RULES ① No smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, cigarette butts should not be left on the grounds. ② Dogs must be crated when you leave the home. Dogs must be potty trained. ③ Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. ④ Respect check-in and check-out times. You can check with us about the option to check in early or check out late. Fee may apply. ⑤ Wash dishes, pots and pans, and run dishwasher. ⑥ Leave used towels in the shower. ⑦ Leave beds unmade. ⑧ Return house to condition you found it in, that includes any rearranging of furniture. ⑨ Accidents happen. If anything was damaged during your stay, alert the homeowner right away. We may be able to remedy the situation if we know sooner than later. ①⓪ No illegal substances allowed on the premises. DAMAGE WAIVER FEE We require non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $29 in lieu of a security deposit to cover incidentals and accidents, up to $300. (This excludes any pet-related damages). It is marked as the management fee on your listing. Note: Full details of what is and is not covered is included in our guidebook under house manual. Your hosts -- Sheila and Kurt -- live part-time at the house next door. Shirley's (as we affectionately call this property) is just across our shared driveway. We’re always here if you need us, but the space is entirely yours to enjoy without interruption. Please note: For one night bookings, we cannot accommodate an early check in.
